TechnoGym Wellness Check-Up

As part of our commitment to holistic wellness, we’re excited to introduce you to the Technogym Wellness Check-Up—a personalized, science-based fitness assessment designed to help you begin your wellness journey with clarity and confidence.

We’ll be starting with a refreshing Yoga Session to center the body and mind, followed by your Technogym Wellness Check-Up experience. To round out the experience, we’ll have lite bites and refreshments available for you to enjoy.

Please register by Tuesday, September 30 at noon.

The Lifestyle team sets registration deadlines prior to event dates in order to confirm event statuses, minimum participation requirements, and/or food orders with vendors. If you are unable to attend an event or are interested in participating after the deadline has passed, please contact the Lifestyle Team.
